The YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment, formerly the YWCA Battered Women Task Force, provides FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services to victims of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking in Shawnee, Jackson, and Wabaunsee Counties in Kansas.
