Attending Mighty Girls camp taught me how to be confident with who I am… I now know that being bold is not being bad, when it is standing up and out as a leader for my peers and my community. ~ Onika 2016 Mighty Girl

NEW THIS SUMMER – The morning portion of each session will be utilizing the new CAMP GOTR curriculum. The program uses an intentionally designed curriculum focused on the topic of emotions or friendship, an important component of youth development & social-emotional learning. Similar to the Girls on the Run 10-week curriculum, the Camp GOTR curriculum follows a format that provides consistency and structure for the girls’ experiences, and each daily lesson is offered concurrently with physical activity.

The afternoon session will focus on S.E.T. topics, exploring different careers with companies in our community. Participants will learn more about companies in our community and the career opportunities available while utilizing the SciGirls.Connect and After-School Plus curriculums. Plan on an afternoon of fun hands on activities!
