Oversees and provides administrative support on grants for the Center on Safety and Empowerment.  Participates in activities and meetings for the Center for Safety and Empowerment.

Advocates and provides counseling for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in Jackson, Wabaunsee, and Brown Counties. Knowledgeable of community resources for victims and their families.

Part-Time Overnight Shelter Advocate – Center for Safety and Empowerment

Maintains a safe and confidential environment for clients of the CSE Shelter. Provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking and/or abuse. Work Schedule: Fridays, 11:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Assistant Teacher – YWCA Early Learning Center

Full time positions available at YWCA Early Learning Center 6:45 – 8:30, 3:30-6:00 before and after school program as an assistant teacher/group leader.

Assists in implementing developmentally appropriate daily activities in assigned classroom that corresponds with center themes and program philosophy. Provides safe, stimulating, creative environment for children and actively engage in daily routine and activities with children.
